With over 8 years of experience in non-profit management and a background in social work and community development. Gediminas leads the organization with a strategic vision focused on sustainable development and community impact. His expertise lies in strategic planning, project management, and fundraising. His expertise ensures that all initiatives are effectively executed, providing a solid foundation for the organizationโ€™s programs. Gediminas provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization. His experience in project management ensures that programs are effectively planned, executed, and evaluated. He is responsible for securing funding, forming partnerships, and overseeing all organizational operations, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to maximize impact. Under Gediminas' leadership, the organization can secure the necessary funding and partnerships to offer comprehensive support to underprivileged children. His strategic oversight ensures that programs are high-quality and sustainable, providing children with consistent access to resources like soccer training, sportswear, summer camps and educational support. Violeta Cetyrkovskyte-Alimova has extensive experience in fundraising and donor relations. Despite being visually impaired, she has successfully managed various fundraising campaigns and has a proven track record in maintaining strong relationships with donors. Her dedication and unique perspective drive her commitment to the organization's mission. Violeta is primarily responsible for day-to-day fundraising activities and maintaining communication with existing donors. Her ability to build and nurture relationships with donors ensures a steady flow of resources into the organization. She also plays a key role in developing and executing fundraising strategies, which are crucial for sustaining and expanding the organizationโ€™s programs.Violeta's efforts in fundraising directly translate into tangible resources for the children. The funds she helps secure are used to provide soccer training, sportswear, summer camps, and participation in tournaments. Her work ensures that the children have access to high-quality programs that keep them engaged, active, and away from harmful activities such as substance abuse.
