He is responsible for securing funding, forming partnerships, and overseeing all organizational operations, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to maximize impact. Violeta Cetyrkovskyte-Alimova has extensive experience in fundraising and donor relations. Despite being visually impaired, she has successfully managed various fundraising campaigns and has a proven track record in maintaining strong relationships with donors. Her dedication and unique perspective drive her commitment to the organization's mission. Violeta is primarily responsible for day-to-day fundraising activities and maintaining communication with existing donors. Her ability to build and nurture relationships with donors ensures a steady flow of resources into the organization. She also plays a key role in developing and executing fundraising strategies, which are crucial for sustaining and expanding the organization’s programs.Violeta's efforts in fundraising directly translate into tangible resources for the children.
